All appointments of one hour or more require a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card and phone number. Clients will be charged for 50% of scheduled service in the following circumstances:

1. Appointments of an hour or less cancelled with less than three hours notice.
2. Appointments consisting of more than an hour but less than 3 hours cancelled with less than twenty-four hours notice.
3. Group bookings, spa parties and appointments of 3 hours to 5 hours cancelled with less than forty-eight hours notice.
4.  Group bookings, spa parties and appointments of 5 hours or more cancelled with less than 5 days notice.

Clients that do not show for an appointment and do not give any notice of cancellation will be billed for the full amount of the scheduled service.

Gift Certificates:

Purchased Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months, non refundable, non transferable and can not be used against cash.

Gift certificates must be used in full at time of booking unless otherwise authorized by a Bodyhaven staff member. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed with an already discounted service.
